All Borrowers must demonstrate that they have prior experience and have completed projects equal in scope to the current project being funded.
All funds are paid out on a draw schedule after inspection of each phase after completion.
We only loan to LLC'S or Corporations no Individuals.

We have developed a sliding scale where clients with excellent credit (720+) can borrow up to 55% of acquisition, or pre-development if land is already owned.
Additionally borrowers with experience but lessor scores may still borrow but on a sliding scale, Our Minimum Fico score is 620+, that would be a low loan to value 44%.

The development must be appropriate for the immediate area. All projects require a commercial appraisal from a licensed and insured appraisal company. We require our appraisers to be Insured for errors and omissions.
